The Kiwi Api is an ideal complement for a good diet thanks to the benefits of its components:
Purple corn (Zea mays) an Andean superfood, source of anthocyanins, an antioxidant that slows down the oxidation or cell aging process.
Kiwicha (Amaranthus caudatus) is a source of essential amino acids such as lysine that enhances brain development, learning and memory. It contains iron, potassium, zinc, vitamin E and vitamin B complex and protein and a high level of leucine.
Kiwicha is a good source of tocopherols and tocotrienols, as well as folic acid and biotin. It is also rich in calcium and iron and its consumption satisfies the recommended daily intake of these elements. The calcium/phosphorus ratio (simultaneous presence that improves the absorption of both elements) is nutritionally very adequate.
Suitable for coeliacs.
- Do not consume directly.
- Dilute 250 g of Kiwi Api in 1 1/2 cups of cold water. Boil 8 cups of water with cinnamon and pour the previous mixture. Boil for 10 minutes. Once the Kiwi Api is prepared, it can be taken hot or cold for breakfast or during the day. Add lemon or sugar to taste.
