- Wash the kañiwa several times and soak the night before. Combine 1 cup of kañiwa with 2 cups of water in a pot. Boil. Cover the pot and simmer until the kañiwa is soft (approx. 20 min.). Strain in a fine mesh.
- The quinoa grain can be consumed boiled or expanded in breakfasts, drinks, soups.
