Pancake premix based on precooked wholemeal flours of kiwicha, corn, chickpea, soy, kañiwa, sugar, baking powder and salt.
INGREDIENTS:
Kiwicha flour, Corn flour, Chickpea flour, Soybean flour, Kañiwa flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
BENEFITS:
- It has a significant content of amino acids, including lysine and a good content of insoluble fiber.
- It has a high nutritional content as it is rich in B complex vitamins, minerals such as iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium and zinc.
CONSUMPTION MODE:
Do not consume directly.
- Pour 1 cup of premix into a bowl, add 11/2 cups of cold water, milk or a vegetable drink of your choice.
- Beat with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
- For each pancake, pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the batter into a pan with a little oil over medium heat, use the back of the spoon to spread the batter and shape it into a circle.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, then carefully flip it and cook until it turns brown, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
- Accompany with honey, carob, jam or fruit of your choice.
